About Flor Innata 2015.
Verdejo produced from a blend of 90% Verdejo and 10% Sauvignon from grapes from different parcels, all located in one area of the winery. The balance between leaf area and production takes precedence in all these parcels, as well as health and good growing conditions. With careful production and good temperature control during fermentation, we seek the balance between a classic Verdejo and a modern Verdejo, with tropical fruit base.
It has a high aromatic intensity and good persistence on the palate. It is a balanced, pleasant wine with a good finish. An appealing wine that invites us back again and again.
