Description
Variety: 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo), which in these latitudes has a small grain with a thick rind that gives an intense color and that concentration of fruit characteristic of Ribera wines.
Elaboration: manual harvest, maceration for around 20 days, alcoholic fermentation at a stable temperature of 28ºC in frustoconical tanks and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 9 months in French (50%) and American (50%) barrels. After aging, the wine rests for 6 months in French oak vats with weekly batoning.

Intense cherry color with bright violet hues. Balanced and structured mouthfeel. Silky finish with aromas of cocoa and spices.
