Ruby in color, it gives off aromas of sweet spices, mineral and balsamic notes, with a background of candied black fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied and persistent. Overall it is a complex and generous wine.
Ideal to eat with roasted or grilled meats, stews, cured cheeses and Iberian sausages. Also pasta with intense sauces.
