Our goal is to allow the Sauvignon Blanc to show all its “character” in a continental climate zone with poor soil. To do this, from the work carried out in the field through all the production work in the winery, they are aimed at not masking the uniqueness of this variety, allowing to extol its characteristic primary aromas and its minerality.
TASTING NOTES AND PAIRING
Straw yellow in color, the nose is dominated by tropical aromas along with hints of citrus and some fine mineral notes that give it personality. On the palate it is round, fresh and elegant.
Ideal to accompany shellfish, all kinds of fish, fresh cheeses, pasta, rice and white meat.
