Our history

In the Martín family we have been dedicated to food for more than 40 years, during which we have wanted to showcase the gastronomic richness of our region and the undisputed value of our land, Castilla y León.

In 2013, the 3rd generation of the family, driven by absolute respect and belief in the fruit of the land, embarked on an exciting project:

• Prepare one of the best Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the world, which tells the story of our land.
• Becoming a reference winery within the D.O. Rueda, famous for the Verdejo variety.
