TASTING NOTES AND PAIRING
Straw yellow color with greenish hues, bright. Intense, elegant and complex nose; Ripe white fruit with elegant mineral, smoky and spicy notes. Structured and silky on the palate, with a wide mid palate. It shows a set with good balance and great persistence. In retronasal the mineral and smoked notes reappear.
It harmonizes especially with oysters, sushi, shellfish, caviar, pasta, sweet rice dishes and white meats.
