Spicy, vanilla, light toasted tones, combined with the fruity and aniseed tones characteristic of the Verdejo.
It has a great volume in the mouth together with a tip of acidity that brings freshness to the whole. Perfect wine to pair with sushi, pasta and fish with white sauces, chicken and sausages.
