NOSE
On the nose, tropical aromas predominate, along with citrus touches and fine mineral notes that give it personality.
PALATE
On the palate it is round, fresh and elegant. Ideal to accompany shellfish, all kinds of fish, fresh cheeses, pasta, rice and white meat.

NOSE
Predominant notes of stone fruit (peach and apricot) and a background of fennel. High, cool, nice aromatic intensity.
PALADAR
Volumen en boca, muy untuoso, acidez equilibrada, persistente y largo.
Valdecuevas Cuvée
A very singular Verdejo with limited production. Fermented in micro tanks and large French oak barrels, looking for the perfect combination of own varietal aromas of the Verdejo grape with those released from the ageing in oak. The grapes come from La Pardina estate.

COLOR
It has a bright, straw-yellow color with greenish edges.
NOSE
Intense, elegant and complex; ripe white fruit with elegant mineral, smoky and spicy notes.
PALADAR
Boca estructurada y sedosa, de paso amplio. well balanced and persistent. Mineral and smoked notes that reappear in the retronasal.

100% Verdejo, fermented in French oak barrels. Processed from selected grapes from La Pardina estate at optimum ripeness and seeking their highest aromatic expression. Fermentation in French oak barrels, with fine toasting and grain. It is nurtured on lees for seven months, over which there has been a daily batonnage. Limited production.

Spicy, vanilla, light, toasty notes, combined with the fruity and aniseed tones characteristic of Verdejo.

Aromas of ripe white fruit with a background of dried fruit. It has a great aromatic intensity, fresh and pleasant.

Pale pink, clean and bright.
NOSE
Base of aromas of red fruits with hints of undergrowth, and a balsamic background.
PALATE
On the palate it is fresh, intense and full-bodied with a slight bitter finish.

Valdecuevas Orange
Made with Verdejo and Viognier grapes. The grapes are macerated for 30 days with their skins before pressing. Fermentation at 15°C. Aged for 12 months in clay amphorae and oak and acacia vats.

Valdecuevas Dulce de Invierno is a wine of great character, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes from a vineyard over 45 years old in La Seca.
It’s a commitment to expressing its origin through a late harvest, where the grape’s natural concentration and aromatic richness take center stage, accompanied by an aging process that respects and enhances its identity.

COLOR
Bright, clean and luminous golden color.
NOSE
Delicate aromas of honeycomb, flowers and chamomile, accompanied by ripe fruit and hints of apple with subtle nuances from its aging.
PALATE
On the palate it is ample, full-bodied and characterful. The sweetness is balanced with a fresh acidity, resulting in an elegant and persistent wine.
Valdecuevas Álium
The great personality of this wine lies in the combination of different clones of Tempranillo, coming from a 2 hectares vineyard planted 55 years ago, surrounded by a sea of Verdejo vineyard, and which vines contain high organoleptic qualities to elaborate an authentic and unique wine. 100% Tempranillo. It is aged during 12 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters capacity and 1 more year of bottle-ageing before it is released to the market.
