Several factors play a part in achieving excellent quality in the production of Valdecuevas wines; firstly constant care and personal style, followed by the goodness of the Castilian land and local know-how and, finally, the use of state of the art technology.
Valdecuevas Sauvignon Blanc
Made entirely from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with this wine we try to make this appreciated grape variety show all its character, and we have achieved not to mask its uniqueness. Obtaining a very intense wine in the nose, with a good acid balance and minerality.

APPEARENCE
Straw yellow.
NOSE
On the nose the tropical aromas with citric hints prevails, and a soft mineral notes that gives it a strong personality.
PALATE
On the palate it is round, fresh and elegant. Ideal to accompany shellfish, all kinds of fish, fresh cheeses, pasta, rice and white meat.
Valdecuevas Verdejo
Verdejo white wine in the classic style. Made entirely of Verdejo grapes from La Pardina estate, our older and less productive vineyard, which promotes the proper maturation and balance of our harvest.

APPEARENCE
Yellow green, vivid tones.
NOSE
The notes of stone fruit (peach and apricot) and a fennel depth dominate. High, cool, nice aromatic intensity.
PALATE
Mouthfeel, very smooth, balanced, persistent and long acidity.
Valdecuevas Cuvée
A very singular Verdejo with limited production. Fermented in micro tanks and large French oak barrels, looking for the perfect combination of own varietal aromas of the Verdejo grape with those released from the ageing in oak. The grapes come from La Pardina estate.

Straw yellow color with green rim, bright.
NOSE
ntense, elegant and complex aroma; ripe white fruit with elegant mineral, smoky and spicy notes.
PALATE
It comes mouthfeel, very smooth and silky, well balanced and persistent. Mineral and smoked notes that reappear in the retronasal.
Valdecuevas Verdejo Fermented in Barrel
100% Verdejo, fermented in French oak barrels. Processed from selected grapes from La Pardina estate at optimum ripeness and seeking their highest aromatic expression. Fermentation in French oak barrels, with fine toasting and grain. It is nurtured on lees for seven months, over which there has been a daily batonnage. Limited production.

APPEARENCE
Brilliant and clear straw yellow color with golden highlights.
NOSE
Spicy tones, vanilla, lightly toasted, conjoined with fruity tones and anissed characteristic of Verdejo.
PALATE
It has a great mouthfeel coupled with a touch of acidity that adds freshness to the whole.
Valdecuevas 724
Wine made from grapes of the Viognier and Verdejo variety that has been fermented in French oak barrels to give it a unique depth and intensity. Fermentation in French oak barrels, with fine toasting and grain. It is nurtured on lees for seven months, over which there has been a daily batonnage. Limited production.

Straw yellow in color, with yellow tones, clean and bright.
NOSE
Aromas of ripe white fruit with a background of nuts. It has a great aromatic intensity, fresh and pleasant.
PALATE
On the palate it is unctuous and very persistent. Ideal to accompany shellfish, all kinds of fish, fresh cheeses, pasta, rice and white meat.
Valdecuevas Rosé
Tasting Notes
APPEARENCE
Bright and clean currant pink.
NOSE
Red fruits with hints of undergrowth and a mint-eucalyptus background.
PALATE
On the palate it is fresh, intense and full-bodied, showing a slightly bitter finish.
Valdecuevas Orange
Made from Verdejo and Viognier grapes. The grapes are macerated for 30 days on the skins before pressing. Fermentation at 15º C. Aged for 12 months in clay amphorae and oak and acacia vats.

NOSE
Intense nose, with notes of dried fruits, ripe fruits, citrus fruits, herbs and white flowers.
PALATE
Elegant on the palate, with a balanced acidity and structure and a saline touch.
Valdecuevas Álium
The great personality of this wine lies in the combination of different clones of Tempranillo, coming from a 2 hectares vineyard planted 55 years ago, surrounded by a sea of Verdejo vineyard, and which vines contain high organoleptic qualities to elaborate an authentic and unique wine. 100% Tempranillo. It is aged during 12 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters capacity and 1 more year of bottle-ageing before it is released to the market.

Sweet spice aroma, mineral and eucalyptus nuances, with a confit black fruit undertone.
PALATE
Full bodied and persistent in the mouth, complex and generous. Overall, it is a complex and generous wine.
